After more than a decade leading trauma-informed initiatives in the nonprofit sector and walking alongside clients as a therapist, I felt a deep pull to return to something more personal—and more expansive. Life shifted, and with it came clarity: it was time to re-open my practice with room to serve both individuals and organizations in the way I believe healing happens best—through presence, partnership, and purposeful change.
Still & Strong is rooted in my story—a story marked by early grief, profound loss, and the quiet strength required to grow up without a steady maternal presence. As the oldest of three and a first-generation college student, I stepped into responsibility early. Those experiences shaped my belief that cycles can be broken, healing is possible, and that support—especially the right kind—can change everything.
Still & Strong exists for anyone who’s had to be strong for too long and is ready to find stillness in the storm.
