By limiting the number of sessions I take on each day, I’m able to show up fully for every individual and family—without the exhaustion that often comes from back-to-back appointments. This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, with the energy, focus, and presence you deserve.

I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. This model keeps our work private, flexible, and entirely client-centered—free from insurance requirements like formal diagnoses, rigid treatment timelines, or session caps.

• 60-minute individual, family, or parent coaching sessions: $180.

• 90-minute individual, family, or parent coaching sessions: $270.

• 120-minute individual, family, or parent coaching sessions: $360.

Licensure supervision for Missouri PLPCs:

• 60-minute weekly individual supervision: $120.
