Designing better systems. Developing stronger clinicians.
Translating clinical insight into sustainable systems change.
With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, I have grown from a clinician providing direct therapy to a trusted leader guiding organizations through strategic, system-wide transformation. My journey has included overseeing large-scale initiatives, designing trauma-informed infrastructures, and aligning clinical quality with operational success.
As a Certified Robust Process Improvement® (RPI) Change Leader through The Joint Commission, I bring formal training in change management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. These tools have deepened my commitment to accountability, efficiency, and excellence in clinical operations.
I specialize in helping organizations translate trauma-informed values into measurable practices—where compliance, compassion, and culture meet. My consultation work is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and a practical lens for sustainable improvement.
How I can support:
Project oversight when your internal team is stretched thin.
Clinical process audits and workflow evaluations.
Environmental scans and survey development to assess service quality.
Policy development and performance measurement design.
Leadership coaching and cross-functional meeting facilitation.
Workforce wellness and trauma-informed culture building.
Support with state-level standards and designations.
Meaningful impact:
Led a multi-site residential program to secure Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) designation from the State of Missouri.
Oversaw successful Site Certification for The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™.
Designed and implemented audit tools to improve documentation and regulatory compliance.
Created environmental survey tools to evaluate therapeutic quality and safety.
Guiding ethical growth. Building clinical confidence.
Providing clinical supervision for provisionally licensed professional counselors (PLPCs) in Missouri is one of the most meaningful aspects of my work. I am deeply committed to developing thoughtful, ethical, and skilled clinicians who are prepared to serve with confidence and integrity.
My supervision style is grounded in curiosity, accountability, and mutual growth. I take pride in delivering excellent clinical care—and I hold the same standard for those I supervise. Together, we will explore your clinical voice, refine your documentation and treatment planning, and navigate the real-world challenges of therapeutic work with professionalism and purpose.
With experience across in-home therapy, therapeutic schools, and residential treatment settings, my clinical lens is especially attuned to working with children and families. I also bring academic and training experience, having taught graduate-level coursework in Evaluation and Assessment at Maryville University and facilitated workshops in ethics, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care.
I believe the best supervision relationships are built on trust, clarity, and healthy boundaries. As someone who operates independently from your employer, I offer a supportive space that is free from internal organizational pressures—giving you the freedom to reflect, learn, and grow.
Flexible supervision formats include in-person and virtual meetings.
