Where strength meets stillness. Where stories begin again.

Therapy is not something I do to you—it’s something we do together. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach where your voice, your story, and your goals guide our work. I believe you are the expert on your life. My role is to walk beside you—sometimes offering insight, sometimes asking hard questions, always holding space for you to grow at your own pace.

With advanced training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ (Phase II, NMT Trainer) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I bring deep clinical knowledge to our sessions. I specialize in how stress, trauma, and grief affect brain development, behavior, relationships, and everyday functioning. Through the integration of neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care, I help individuals and families reconnect to what matters most: safety, healing, and lasting peace.

My clinical foundation is rooted in working with children from hard places. Over time, my passion has grown to include supporting adoptive families in understanding their child’s inner world, strengthening attachment, and navigating challenging behaviors with empathy and skill. I offer a flexible blend of individual therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching—because healing happens in relationships, not in isolation.

I also support adults through experiences of loss, including anticipatory grief and end-of-life transitions. These moments are often tender and complex, and they deserve support that is both clinically sound and deeply human.

At Still & Strong, therapy is a sanctuary—a space where being still doesn’t mean being stuck, and where strength doesn’t mean going it alone.

If you’ve carried too much, for too long—and are ready to lay some of it down—I’d be honored to walk with you.
